Welcome to ENT Specialists, Inc.! Here is everything you need to know before your first visit.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration
- Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card
- Bring a list of current medications and dosages
- Bring any relevant imaging (CT/MRI scans on disc) or prior records
- Write down your questions and symptoms in advance
Insurance Information
We accept most major insurance plans. Our billing team can verify your coverage before your appointment.

- Please contact your insurance carrier to verify ENT coverage
- Copayments and deductibles are collected at the time of service
- Our billing department can assist with pre-authorization questions
- Self-pay patients are welcome — please ask about self-pay rates
