When we call to confirm your appointment, please have the following information available:
- Insurance card (front and back)
- Photo ID
- Referral from your PCP (if required by your insurance)
- List of current medications
- Previous medical records or test results related to your ENT concern
- Your pharmacy information

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to verify your coverage before your appointment. Co-pays and deductibles are collected at the time of service.
Common Questions About Appointments
Do I need a referral to see an ENT specialist?
It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans (like HMOs) require a referral from your primary care physician, while others (like PPOs) do not. Please check with your insurance provider or call our office for assistance.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling at least 1-2 weeks in advance for routine visits. For urgent concerns, we offer same-day or next-day appointments when available — call our office directly.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please call our office at (508) 588-8034 at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer telehealth consultations for select visit types. Please ask about this option when scheduling your appointment.
